The Aviation industry is said to underutilise Arbitration and Mediation, but given the different sectors involved, is that really the case? The panel will seek to explore whether this is so by drawing on their own experience, examining different segments of the industry, and looking at the role institutions have in promoting the use of alternative dispute resolution.
