Ciarb, the Society of Construction Law and the Adjudication Society is happy host Justice Philip Jeyaretnam for this in-person event. 

 

Justice Philip Jeyaretnam will speak about the role of the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) in relation to international arbitrations seated in Singapore, and the Court’s protocols with the Singapore International Mediation Centre and the new INTEGRAF (Integrated Appropriate Dispute Resolution Framework) scheme. More generally, he will speak about transnational commercial disputes in the Asian context, including by reference to recent decisions of the Singapore Court of Appeal.

 

The talk will be followed by a complimentary light lunch and the opportunity for networking.

 

This meeting is free of charge to Members of SCL, the Adjudication Society or Ciarb: pre-registration is required, and spaces are limited. This lunchtime event will be held in-person only at Ciarb Headquarters in London.
