Nina Fletcher

Nina joined Ciarb in 2022. She is responsible for strategy development, data and insight policy, and has oversight of organisational performance. She also has responsibility for supporting and improving Branch operations.

Nina started as a legal academic before moving into applied socio-legal research and then into operations leadership and strategy development in professional bodies, in which she has over 18 years’ experience. Nina is a qualified leadership coach.
