This course will explore how the principles of project management may be applied to the practice of international arbitration, and how such principles may help you to improve the cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of your arbitration services.

It focuses on how project management principles may be applied by counsel and advisors who are involved in managing arbitration proceedings. 

The same principles may also be applied by arbitrators, and this course is also of relevance to arbitrators who wish to improve the efficiency of arbitral proceedings. 

No prior knowledge of project management or its principles is required. 

During this course you will have the opportunity to test your knowledge and evaluate your progress.

This course is intended for those engaged in leading and running cases on a day-to-day basis. This course is likely to be of particular relevance to learners at Member/Fellow level. It focuses on how project management principles may be applied by counsel and advisors who are involved in managing arbitration proceedings. The same principles may also be applied by arbitrators, and this course is also of relevance to arbitrators who wish to improve the efficiency of arbitral proceedings.
