The Assessments and External Delivery Administrator will assist the Assessments and External Delivery Manager in ensuring that all courses at Ciarb branches and partners are delivered in accordance with Ciarb quality standards. Furthermore, they will support with centralised assessments, ensuring that they are delivered timely and effectively.
You will be responsible for phoning members with unpaid subscriptions, processing payments over the telephone, updating spreadsheets, and issuing invoices and receipts. Due to the time zone differences, with many members based in places such as Australia and Hong Kong, on occasions you will be required to start your work at 7am. Therefore, flexibility is crucial.
As a global membership body Ciarb needs to monitor worldwide financial performance. The Headquarters in London require an organised and financially literate individual to support the branch network with maintenance and submission of financial information, to critically assess this financial information and to monitor branch financial performance.
