I have over 40 years of experience in various fields and sectors, such as civil-built construction, offshore marine, energy, oil & Gas engineering, manufacturing, and project management. I am a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Arbitrators (FCIARB), an accredited arbitrator at the Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA), and at the London International Court of Arbitration (LCIA). I have vast hands-on experience in dispute resolution through ADR conciliation and mediation and a CEDR/IMI-certified mediator.
I am an Expert in international construction contracts FIDIC, NEC, JCT, EPC, Ship2000 Shipbuilding & Marine Facilities Contracts, SAJ, NewBuildCon. I am an MOJ/SJC-registered Subject Expert in the following expertise:
