This virtually taught course with a tutor provides a general understanding of the various methods of dispute resolution which are alternatives to court proceedings, known as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
This course will be held over two half days on 5 & 6 May to eliminate virtual fatigue.
What are the learning outcomes?
On successful completion of this course candidates will be able to:
• Understand the background to Alternative Dispute Resolution;
• Describe the processes and procedures of various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
What is covered within the syllabus?
Upon passing the assessment for this course candidates will receive a certificate and be eligible for Associate membership.
