Fast-track to CIArb Membership (MCIArb) through our Virtual Accelerated Route to Membership assessment programme (ARM), international arbitration pathway. This programme covers the law underpinning the process and procedure of international arbitration. As such, it is suitable for those who have an understanding of the law and practice of international arbitration generally, either gained as a party or party representative. It is also an essential step towards, ultimately, CIArb Fellowship and if you aim to practice as an Arbitrator.
The aim of the programme is to assess whether you have the knowledge required to understand the process of international arbitration.

Successfully passing this course will make you eligible for Member Grade. Member status indicates a high level of knowledge and/or experience in dispute resolution, as well as a commitment to the principles of professionalism, integrity, and excellence. Members can use the designatory letters MCIArb.
