The aim of this online module is to provide a general understanding of the various methods of dispute resolution that are alternatives to court proceedings. These are collectively known as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods. This course is a good introduction before more advanced levels of CIArb membership, Membership (MCIArb) and Fellowship (FCIArb).
