It can be taken by anyone but will be especially useful for those businesses that rely strongly on brand and face different disputes regularly.
This newly launched CIArb e-module enables those who do or do not have a legal background to understand or brush up on the different strategies of distinguishing between the dispute and the brand and consolidating the brand in times of disagreement.

How is the course delivered?
The course includes four interactive learning chapters with each chapter consisting of four units covering the many facets of brand protection and minimising brand damage, as well as dispute avoidance and resolution. Each chapter involves a series of multiple-choice questions, drag and drop activities, case studies, follow up questions that allow learners to informally assess their knowledge. There are also videos and voice recordings which are linked to each unit and provide learners with a chance to apply their learning. After each interactive exercise, learners will be told what the correct answer is and why, so that they can deepen their knowledge and understanding of the subject area.
Upon completion of the course, candidates will receive a certificate.
