The course includes three, interactive learning chapters with each chapter consisting of three units covering the many facets of arbitration award writing.
Each chapter has a series of multiple-choice questions, drag and drop activities, a scenario and follow-up questions that allow you to informally assess your knowledge.
There are also interactive videos, which are linked to each unit, and provide you with a chance to apply your learning.
After each interactive exercise, you will be told what the correct answer is and why, so you can reflect and deepen your knowledge and understanding of the subject area.
