Mediators’ use of technology accelerated exponentially when the pandemic took hold in 2020. In a world where face-to-face mediation was no longer feasible, mediators adapted quickly to ensure they could continue their vital work.
Now, for some, there is the movement to some form of hybrid process, for others online practice remains the norm. However, everyone is operating in a world where technology for mediation is evolving rapidly and mediators have more choice than ever before. But which solutions work best and for what purposes?

We’ll also look forward to consider how technology in mediation might develop in future.
