CIArb is keen to understand more about our members, former members and others who may be interested in our courses and content, but who have decided not to join. We want to use that understanding to help us develop resources that support the development of alternative dispute resolution more broadly and ensure that membership of the organisation continues to deliver value in a changing world.
With this in mind we have commissioned Research by Design (RbD), an independent market research company, to consult with current, former and non-members to understand their needs and aspirations – past and present – and what CIArb could be doing to improve the experience of people who engage with us. Over the next few months, you may be contacted by RbD and, if so, we encourage you to please get involved and participate in the research.
The research includes both qualitative and quantitative elements and aims to explore the professional goals and challenges of people working in and interested in ADR. In addition, the research will investigate perceptions of CIArb, and views on the ways in which we can improve.
Research participants’ anonymity will be protected, and any information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
