Ben Giaretta is a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the CIArb. He is a partner at Fox Williams LLP specialising in international arbitration. He has been a member of the London Branch Committee since 2017, and before becoming the Chair was the Honorary Secretary of the Branch.

James is an arbitrator in independent practice (www.jamesclanchy.com), and works part-time for LexisNexis UK on Lexis®PSL Arbitration, a web-based practical guidance service. He is an associate member of 6 Pump Court chambers. He is an aspiring Full Member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), solicitor (1990) (non-practising since 2019), formerly avocat at Paris bar (1994-2008), Registrar and Deputy Director General of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) (2008-2012)
Kim is a recognised specialist international arbitrator in the construction and engineering infrastructure sectors, focussing on major projects and the resolution of technically complex disputes in international arbitration, DAB and UK adjudication. Appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2016, Kim has a reputation for strong case management with a flair for big, technically complex disputes, often involving project delay, PFI and FIDIC contracts.
Karina practices as international arbitrator and mediator in London, Hamburg and Singapore. She acts as NGO representative at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and is an accredited expert at the Federal Court of New York, in London, New York and Singapore with claims of over US$5 billion. Karina has extensive international experience in commodity & derivative markets for shipping, fertiliser and in the energy sector. Karina is a Fellow of CIArb and an aspiring full member of the LMAA.
Daniel is a Forensic Accounting Partner, Arbitrator and Expert Determiner at CVR Global LLP, an independent provider of insolvency, restructuring, advisory and forensic services. He is a Specialist in accounting, financial and valuation issues in M&A, shareholder, partnership and other complex business-related disputes, and fraud.
Gillian practices commercial and investor-State arbitration in London both at her own firm and as co-counsel with fellow law firms. She is a member of the Paris Bar, a Solicitor in Scotland, and an accredited mediator. In addition to her counsel work, Gillian serves as arbitrator and mediator.
Robert is an associate in the International Arbitration group of Latham & Watkins LLP. He specialises in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration and related court litigation, with a particular focus on cross-border construction disputes. He is also one of the coordinators of the CIArb London branch Young Members Group.
Andrew Davis LLB;FCIArb, contract prize London University (1975). He practiced as a solicitor (1980 – 2018) and specialised in professional indemnity, insurance and financial services. Andrew is described as “an excellent thoroughly trusted lawyer” in construction related matters (Chambers), and ranked as a “leading individual in the professional negligence field” (Legal 500). After retirement in 2018, he has been appointed as arbitrator in holiday claims.
Abigail is a full time arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator. She regularly adjudicates disputes relating to telecoms and internet services and aviation and mediates commercial disputes as a member of the CEDR commercial mediation panel. She is a former City law firm partner and consultant.

He is a director at the commercial & dispute resolution practice, Fgerod & Fgerod, with many years of experience providing services in the UK, Africa and the Middle East.
Paul Rose is the Immediate Past Chair of the London Branch, a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Arbitrator and a member of ArbDB Chambers. He has held the posts of Public Relations Officer, Honorary Secretary and Vice Chair.
Elizabeth is a Managing Associate at Mishcon de Reya LLP, specialising in international arbitration with a practice covering both commercial arbitration and investment arbitration in a range of industries including energy, telecommunications, finance, construction and infrastructure. She is dual qualified in Canada and England & Wales.
