From 17th to 19th November 2019, the CIArb UAE Branch held a number of events during Dubai Arbitration Week.

CIArb is pleased to support the launch of the Commonwealth International Arbitration Study’s report, following our call to participate to members worldwide. The launch of the report will be held on the evening of December 4th 2019, in London. 

The 2019 DAS Convention opened with introductory remarks from Audley Sheppard QC FCIArb, on behalf of the hosts Clifford Chance.

On 18 November 2019, arbitration practitioners from around the world convened at the Westin Brisbane to attend the 2019 International Arbitration Conference.

Over 120 attendees were treated to an engaging debate at the Annual SIAC-CIArb Debate on the motion ‘This House Believes that the Days of the ‘’Arbitration Heavyweights’’ are Numbered’
