The Taiwan Chapter was very honored to co-host with the iADR® on 12 August 2021 a special evening talk on the “Hot Topics in Offshore Wind Power” as a perfect wrap up of a six-week wind power course organised by the Taiwan Bar College.

CIArb’s West Midlands branch has a membership of nearly 400 members. The branch hosts around 8 events in the year that cover all forms of alternative dispute resolution. 

On the 25th anniversary of Lord Woolf’s landmark Access to Justice Report, the UK Ministry of Justice has issued a consultation on how dispute resolution processes can be more fully integrated within the justice system.

The pandemic has provided the opportunity to tap into a rich vein of science fiction references, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’ (CIArb) annual mediation seminar proved no exception.
