For many years there has been a push towards reducing corruption across the globe. In this article I seek to highlight some of the difficult issues arbitrators grapple with, in an effort to provoke further debate.
This article examines the effect of the recent judgment of the High Court of England and Wales (Commercial Court) in Eastern European Engineering Limited v Vijay Construction (Proprietary) Limited.
