Ciarb enourages its members to respond to the UK Law Commission consultation on the Arbitration Act 1996.

The Ciarb team were delighted to attend ICCA, the world’s largest and most prestigious gathering of arbitration professionals in Edinburgh, Scotland on 18 to 21 September.

Thursday 6^th October marked the return of the North West branch’s annual dinner, held at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Manchester Airport Hotel in Cheshire.

CIArb members vote overwhelmingly for governance reform, including the Chartered Adjudicator designation, which will improve CIArb’s ability to meet its members’ needs.

New collaboration announced at ICCA Edinburgh 2022 under which parties to disputes administered by SAC to be signposted to CIArb Stakeholder Account Service.
