A number of young members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators based in Paris attended a breakfast meeting at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP on 12 September 2018.
This event, which was organised by Paris-based YMG Global Steering Committee member Athina Fouchard Papaefstratiou (Counsel, Eversheds Sutherland) and YMG Ambassador Alexander Leventhal (Associate, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP), will be followed by further YMG events in Paris in 2019.

Significant progress on Advisory Centre for International Investment Law at UNCITRALIn 2017, UNCITRAL Working Group III (WGIII) was launched and was tasked with working on procedural reform of the investor state dispute settlement (ISDS) system. From 1-5 April 2024, Ciarb participated in the 48th session of WGIII in its capacity as an observer delegate.
