On 30 March 2021, CIArb's North East Branch held an online event entitled "The Keating construction law update", which covered some important discussion points currently in construction case law.
The event was moderated by Phil Morrison ACIArb, Branch Chair & Education Officer of the North East Branch. There were three speakers from Keating Chambers, Harriet Di Francesco, Harry Smith, James Frampton who provided extremely interesting talks on recent cases that have an impact on the advice that we as construction lawyers are providing to our clients. The event ended with a short Q&A session.
