In memoriam: Ben Beaumont

On behalf of everyone at Ciarb we express our sincere condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Ben Beaumont who has sadly died.

Ben Beaumont FRICS C.Arb FCIArb was a barrister at Garden Court Chambers. He had over 35 years’ experience in dispute resolution practising as an international arbitrator, mediator, adjudicator and party representative.

Ben joined Ciarb in 1977, became a Chartered Arbitrator in 1980, was an elected member of the council from 1983 to 1997, and was founding Chair of the Ciarb Thames Valley Branch. He was, for over 30 years, a respected and much valued member of Ciarb’s teaching faculty.

He will be missed.
