CIArb’s Cyprus Branch is delighted to offer two courses which will take place within the next months.
The Cyprus Branch is an approved provider of the Institute’s Courses. The diversity of cultures and practices across the continent and other countries around Cyprus enables the Branch to bring together a unique mixture of dispute resolution methods, practices and experiences.
One day introduction course in International Commercial Arbitration 13 June 2019
The Cyprus Branch is offering this ground-breaking one-day Introduction Course in International Commercial Arbitration. The main purpose of the course is to provide professionals with little or no experience in international arbitration the opportunity to proceed to the first step of the Institute for the pathway to fellowship programme. On successful completion of the examination the participants will be able to apply for becoming associate members of the Institute.

Module 1 – Law, Practice and Procedure of International Arbitration
A 3 months Course
September 2019 – November 2019
The Cyprus Branch is launching this Module 1 Course in International Commercial Arbitration. The course is delivered over a period of three months, with a combination of private study and face-to-face tutorials which will be held in Cyprus. It will provide an opportunity for the existing associate members to acquire the second step for becoming members of the institute. At the end of the course, there is going to be a written examination. Successful candidates will be able to apply for becoming members of the Institute and proceed with Module 2.
The course start date advertised is the start date of the course when candidates will be required to start their private study of reading NOT when they attend tutorials. The face-to-face tutorial dates are listed on the Course Schedule below.
