CIArb attend International Bar Association (IBA) Conference in Rome

07 Nov 2018

CIArb is delighted to announce the success of the recent trip to the International Bar Association Conference 2018. Held at the Roma Convention Center LaNuvola, the headquarters-based team consisting of Neil Newman, Nasar Qayyum and Paul Hudson 'took to the stand' to promote all things CIArb with new and familiar faces.

Across the week delegates attended seminars focussed on a range of topics within law and dispute resolution. Following this was the opportunity to visit stalls at the convention centre to learn of new products within the field and develop existing relationships with corporate partners. Multiple networking events took place in the evenings, the highlights of which included those hosted by CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Barreca & Partners, The Bar Association and The Law Society.

Director of Communications and Membership Neil Newman reflected by saying:

“It was great to meet so many of our diverse and vibrant members and equally to have the opportunity to promote the benefits of membership and our internationally recognised qualifications to such an engaged audience.

CIArb is acknowledged as a globally recognised and trusted brand. We are operating in rapidly changing  landscape which requires us to step up to the challenge in being bigger in our ambitions for growth and bolder in our planning to influence the profession and beyond”.
