CIArb Director General Anthony Abrahams MCIArb said:

‘With dispute avoidance and dispute management training at the forefront of the CIArb strategy, it was a natural development to work with EWI to train experts. There is a synergy between our Institutes and co-operating with EWI will undoubtedly benefit members of both bodies and drive the ADR profession forward.’

The EWI Vice Chairman Kay Linnell said:

‘The Expert Witness Institute (EWI) continues to strive to act as a voice for the expert witness community with arbitrators, the judiciary and lawyers who use the services of experts by setting standards for expert evidence as a membership and non-profit making professional body to aid in the most effective administration of justice and the early resolution of disputes through fair and unbiased expert evidence.
