Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators will be held at online* at 4pm BST on Thursday 9 September 2021.

No member save with the consent of the Chairman of the meeting may bring any matter before the meeting unless they have given not less than twenty-one days’ notice in writing to the Director General of their intention to raise the matter (Bye-Law 19.2). Notice in writing includes notice given by email which should be sent marked for the attention of the Director General to governance@ciarb.org.
Please note that the Annual Accounts and other papers for the AGM will be available for viewing here on the CIArb website.

Only members who have paid their 2021 subscription fees in full are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.
