Job Title: Contracts and Procurement Manager / Mediator

Areas of Expertise:

I have 30 years’ experience across the energy and infrastructure industries. With a background as a qualified chartered quantity surveyor, I have worked as a Contracts and Procurement Manager.
I have specialism with on and offshore fabrication and installation of oil and gas platforms, subsea pipelines, and control systems. Formulated and drafted a broad spectrum of contract conditions and pricing basis.
Strong proficiency for negotiating and settlement of contract extras and claims. However, I recognise the benefits of commercial mediation in the resolution of disputes. I have trained and reached accreditation as a commercial mediator. This is an area of ADR where I wish to pursue my career combining my wide industry experience with mediator skills.
