Adam is an Australian lawyer (admitted in Queensland as a solicitor) practising Dutch and Australian law with Blenheim Advocaten in Amsterdam.
Adam has a broad commercial and corporate practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting (especially distribution, franchise and agency agreements) and ADR.
He advises clients on and represents them in international commercial arbitration proceedings, in particular proceedings under the auspices of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute.
In addition to his native English, Adam is fluent in Dutch, German and French and reads Spanish.
