Alison Chang specializes in M&A, cross-border transactions, foreign direct investment, PE /VC, general corporate and dispute resolutions.

Alison has represented a number of international and domestic companies and PEs in their investment in Taiwan, mainland China and around the world, spanning the areas of manufacturing, automobiles, pharmaceutical & medical device, high-tech, media and entertainment.

Alison obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from National Taiwan University. She later received her master's degree of law from National Taipei University and her LL.M. from Columbia Law School.

Alison is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
