I was admitted to the Bar in 2006, after graduating from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. I have been actively practicing law for the past 17 years and have handled hundreds of cases in a variety of practice areas, including civil, criminal, commercial, arbitration, land & estate, intellectual property rights (IPR), local & municipal, lease, license & tender, electricity, consumer, matrimonial, etc.

I am an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India and regularly represent and advise various businesses & companies, bank & NBFCs, financial institutions, MNCs etc.
I am a proponent of both arbitration and mediation. I am a Mediator with Supreme Court Mediation Centre. I have participated in various arbitration conferences and training workshop in India and abroad and has conducted more than 50 arbitration matters as a counsel.

Additionally, I received the CIArb. Fellowship after completing arbitration training at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. Throughout the training, I studied for and passed various Arbitration Modules. The study material for the international arbitration training modules covered topics like the law and procedure for appointing an arbitrator, the seat and venue of the arbitration, jurisdictional laws, the challenge of arbitrators and their powers, various rules of evidence & burden of proof, the different types of awards, cost, interest, and more.
I also got training in different arbitration laws, soft laws, and rules prevalent in International Arbitration and writing of an enforceable award.

I am honoured to be a Life Member of Supreme Court Bar Association, Indian Council of Arbitration, FICCI, India and Bar Association of India. In addition to other professional associations, I am also a member of the Supreme Court Advocate-on-Record Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association, National Company Law Tribunal & Appellate Tribunal Bar Association, Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre, International Bar Association, London and FCIArb (CIArb, London).
