My knowledge about ADR started at may degree level at Cardiff University during the study of Civil and Structural Engineering. I was attracted to contracts and the legal aspect of construction. Responsibilities to work on contracts and claims, Attending all Contractors and Client's potential claims right from the start, and advising both parties on their rights and obligations in accordance with the contract and law and international related standards, and preparing on behalf of the client the response as the Engineer in all medium and mega projects up to date.
