A Registered Engineer with 15 years’ experience in design, project planning, procurement, implementation and contract management with a combination of consultancy experience working for ZMCK Consulting Engineers Ltd. Apart from years of planning, procurement, implementation and contract/project management experience in the public sector, he has experience working with the procurement and implementation guidelines of multilateral and bilateral donor agencies for working for more than 9 years: World Bank (WB) , Nordic Development Fund (NDF),European Africa Infrastructure Trust Fund (EU-AITF), African Development Bank (AfDB) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Has more than 8 years project based experience. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) (Membership No. 6091111) and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (Membership No. DB004509) having passed the following courses: Guide to Arbitral Award Writing, Module 2 Law of Obligations, Module 1 Law Practice & Procedure Domestic Arbitration, Module 1 Law Practice & Procedure Construction Adjudication, Administration and Practice Workshop (Dispute Resolution Board Foundation), Construction Disputes – Claims & Dispute Resolution (FIDIC Africa Contract Users' Conference 2017). He holds a B.Eng Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering (Credit) from University of Zambia, a Master of Science Degree in Construction Project Management (Commendation) from the Northumbria University (United Kingdom) and a Master of Laws in Construction Law and Practice from University of Salford (United Kingdom).
