Lusungu is a multitalented intellectual. She holds a Masters Business Administration in Human Resource Management (MBA HRM) and LLB from the University of Zambia, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource & Training, Employment Law LLM (Master of Laws) from the University of Leicester (UK), a Degree in Human Resource Management (BSc HRM) from University of Lusaka and Diploma in Financial Administration (DFA) - ZIBCT. On top of her 14-year working experience in Human Resources, Lusungu also brings extensive knowledge of the Audit & Accounting industry, being a co-founder of HLB Zambia, a member of HLB International; and additional experience in the Real Estate industry in Zambia & Malawi under Seeff Properties. Lusungu is well knowledgeable in Human Capital Management, Finance Management, Real Estate, Employment Law, Corporate Law, & Immigration Consultancy.
