Personal bio
Chris has developed strong local and international capabilities in the human resources, management, organisation and development, and management training / facilitation fields over the last 20 years. He has a unique HR experience blend which incorporates “HR Management & Administration Practice” and “HR Consultancy” in blue chip organisations and clientele coupled with international exposure in HR best practices. He is also an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) expert with specialisations in Arbitration, High-Court Annexed Mediation and Commercial Mediation.
In 2002 Chris attended an ILO Post Graduate Diploma course on ‘Improving Productivity through Good Practices in Human Resources Management’. He was a residential student at the International Training Centre of the ILO (UN Staff Training Centre) in Turin, Italy. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree holder and has another Diploma in Human Resources Management. As a rounded HR professional, his international experience which is summarised at the end of this CV include Mauritius, Namibia, South Africa, Lesotho, Mozambique, Malawi, Uganda and Kenya. In 2014 he acquired a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) specialising in Human Resources Strategy from the Eastern & Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI).
Chris is also a Commissioner of Oaths, a High Court Annexed Mediator and an Arbitrator certified by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators - London.
