Devaki Nanda is a result-oriented and diligent professional offering 15 years (10 Yrs Gulf Experience) of expertise in implementing Commercial Management for Infrastructure Projects. Having a Master's Degree in Construction and Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, added to years of experience, enhances his competencies and skillset in implementing fit-for-purpose business strategies, dispute resolution, interpretation of contract conditions, minimising commercial risks and working towards maximising project's profitability. He also underwent legal and contractual training; gained profound knowledge on various forms of Contracts (FIDIC Suites) and enhanced his skills for better Contract Administration. Currently pursuing LLM from RGU in Construction Law and Arbitration Key Areas of Expertise are Contract Administration, Commercial Management and Dispute Resolution.
