Personal bio
I am at present a Judge of the Caribbean Court of Justice. The Court sits in two jurisdictions; an appellate jurisdiction and an original jurisdiction. In its appellate jurisdiction, it is a final Court of Appeal for Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Guyana and St. Lucia. In its original jurisdiction the Court is the final arbiter for all disputes concerning the interpretation and application of the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas, functioning as an International Court.
