Tarig H.M. Hamza M.Sc, B.Sc, FICE, CEng, PMP, ACIArb I am a Civil Engineer with over 35 years of professional experience in the engineering, construction and management environment. I hold B.Sc.(Hon) & M.Sc.(Eng.) in Civil and Structural Engineering and two Master Certificates in Business Finance & Business Management. I am a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers FICE, Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highway and Transportation FCIHT, Chartered Civil Engineer CEng, Project Management Professional PMP, and an Associate Member of the Institution of Chartered Arbitrator ACIArb. I am an accredited ICE professional Reviewer and a Member of the ICE UAE Committee, I am also a certified Excellence Assessor and Member of Public Procurement Experts in MENA area.
