The event will explore the influence of pandemics on arbitration in Poland. The first stage of the event consists of presentations from our speakers who are leading experts on arbitration in Poland. The presentations will be followed by a discussion between the speakers with the involvement of the audience.

Expert in the field of arbitration. Maciej practices dispute resolution, also cross-border, in various sectors. He has repeatedly acted in disputes as a counsel, assistant to arbitrators, or secretary of the tribunal. He also acts as an arbitrator, including the presiding arbitrator.
He also advises clients on real estate law, both in proceedings (with particular emphasis on re-privatization disputes) and transactions (sale, lease, investment processes).
He defended his doctoral dissertation cum laude at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow entitled “Deciding on the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal”.
