Mark Davison heads Mills & Reeve’s international arbitration practice. His career has spanned working in the Middle East and at US firms on arbitration mandates under various institutional rules including DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, ICC, LCIA, SCC and SIAC as well as in ad-hoc arbitrations.
Miranda Whiteley practised as a commercial barrister for 12 years before joining Mills & Reeve as a professional support lawyer (PSL). Her role as a PSL involves keeping Mills & Reeve's litigation lawyers and their clients up to date with the latest legal developments. Increasingly she works on projects concerned with changing litigation practice, regulatory requirements and risk management.
