The Annual Cambridge Lecture is jointly organised by CIArb East Anglia Branch and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, at the Imperial War Museum Duxford,CB22 4QR, Friday, 18 October 2019, from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Mark Wheeler, Ian Cowling, Ruth Sunaway and Oli Worth will discuss modern dispute resolution, main contractors’ risks and valuing variations and claims.
In the afternoon, Julian Lamb and Mark Lawton will give an insight into the A14 Cambridge to Huntingdon improvement scheme. Oliver Gregory and Lauren Holland will describe young professionals’ views on the construction industry.
This event will appeal to experienced practitioners and newcomers in dispute resolution now and in the future.
Cost(s): £75.00 inclusive of VAT for CIArb Members; £85.00 inclusive of VAT for Non-members.
Refreshments and lunch are included in the fees. Free entry to the museum.
Members from other professional bodies are welcome.
The event starts from 9.30am for a 10.00am start.
