Provisional measures in international arbitration are often underutilized for lack of knowledge. Misconceptions and doubts about their enforceability, their real impact on the dispute, the related perception of arbitrators result in parties in arbitration being reluctant to use them, whereas in litigation disputes, they often prove indispensable tools to protect parties’ interests.
In this event, Ciarb’s Young Members Group (YMG) will be delighted to further the knowledge of the various types of provisional measures available to parties in arbitration, with a specific focus on those measures available under Swiss law. So that our YMG audience can never say “I didn’t know” again.
This event is free and in person only. View speaker details here. Please note, times listed are in Central European Time (CET+1).
