COVID-19 has created an unprecedented need for arbitral institutions and organizations to adapt at short notice to new means of working and offer solutions to parties and practitioners that will enable dispute resolution in a time of enforced social distancing. In response to this situation, the need for digitisation to facilitate the resolution of disputes between parties has been raised.
In this regard, CIArb’s Egypt Branch in cooperation with CRCICA are pleased to hold a webinar to discuss the importance of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our guest speaker is Professor Dr Mohamed Salah Abdel Wahab MCIArb, Founding Partner and Head of International Arbitration, Construction and Oil and Gas at Zulficar & Partners Law Firm, and Member of CRCICA’s Advisory Committee.
The webinar is moderated by Ms Fatma Ibrahim MCIArb, Mediation Special Advisor to CRCICA.
Cost(s): Access to this event is free of charge, however, pre-registration is required.
Following the webinar, CRCICA will announce the details of a special training to explore the “ODR” world. Stay tuned!
