This is an event organised by CIArb's North West Branch in collaboration with the Association of Northern Mediators.

Part 1 - DEBATE “To Mediate or Adjudicate”, with Peter Vinden and Mark Mattison.

Peter Vinden is a Chartered QS, Mediator, Arbitrator, Adjudicator and Expert with 30 years’ experience of Dispute Resolution in all fields. Mark Mattison was a Dispute Resolution partner with Eversheds Sutherland for 27 years and has been a Mediator for 20 years.

Anthony Glaister of the Association of Norther Mediators will Chair the debate in Part 1 of the seminar.

Tea and coffee is from 3.00pm to 3.30pm.

Debate and Q&A Session is from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.

Part 2 – MEDIATION SURGERY, Chaired by Peter Vinden and Mark Mattison.

Buffet is from 5.30pm to 6.15pm.

Surgery is from 6.15pm to 8.00pm.
