Arbitration in the modern era often involves exchanging and storing confidential material by electronic means, which may expose it to serious cybersecurity threats. This is particularly true in very sensitive or high profile arbitration matters. If anything, these concerns are even more elevated post-COVID as more and more proceedings are being conducted virtually. This program features an experienced and diverse panel, and will address these unique challenges from the arbitrator’s, counsel’s, and client’s perspectives.
