Daniel Djanogly FCA C.Arb FCIArb (Convenor) is a Partner and the Head of Forensic Services at CVR Global LLP. He is a forensic accountant, expert witness, expert determiner, and Chartered Arbitrator. He specialises in accounting, financial and valuation issues in complex business-related disputes, and fraud. Daniel is a Committee Member of the CIArb London Branch.

Gill Mansfield FCIArb (Moderator) is a full-time mediator who has successfully mediated disputes on both sides of the Atlantic. She offers commercial dispute resolution services to individuals, companies and organisations and her mediation practice covers all forms of financial, commercial and business disputes She also regularly mediates landlord & tenant disputes, property disputes and disputes between neighbours. Gill is a Committee Member and Honorary Treasurer of the CIArb London Branch.

Tim Hardy FCIArb is a full-time arbitrator and mediator, formerly head of Commercial Litigation at CMS. Described as the ’father’ of the CIArb’s International Arbitration Guidelines he served on the Practice & Standards Committee between 2012 and 2018 redrafting the Institute’s Rules, Guidelines and Protocols. Gillian Carmichael Lemaire FCIArb is principal of Carmichael Lemaire Limited and acts as counsel, arbitrator and mediator. She focuses on international commercial and investor-State arbitration and mediation, with particular emphasis on the construction, infrastructure and general commercial sectors. Gillian is a member of the Paris Bar, a solicitor admitted in Scotland and an accredited mediator. She is a Committee Member of the CIArb London Branch and serves on the Advisory Council of Arbitral Women.

Nick Stewart QC FCIArb is a barrister now practising as an independent arbitrator and mediator in commercial and sporting disputes. He is a Deputy High Court Judge, an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, Lausanne, and an Honorary Professor of Law at Leicester University. He is Vice-chair of the CIArb London Branch Committee.
