King's College London Forum on International Dispute Resolution (IDR) in collaboration with Triumvir Law presents the 4th Webinar of the Investment Arbitration (IA) Talk Series. In this discussion, we bring eminent practitioners and scholars and discuss the impact of the RCEP on Trade and Investment.

About the Investment Arbitration Talk Series
Forum for International Dispute Resolution, King's College London in association with Triumvir Law has initiated the Investment Arbitration Talk Series.
The Third Webinar of the Talk Series was organized on 20 February 2021. It was a Fireside Chat on "The Future of Investment Arbitration in India" featuring Mr. Salman Khurshid (Former Cabinet Minister, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Law, India; Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India) and Dr. Aniruddha Rajput (Member, United Nations International Law Commission; Consultant, Public International Law & International Arbitration, Withers LLP). The session was moderated by Prof. Holger Hestermeyer (Professor of International & EU Law, Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College, London).
The Second Webinar of the Talk Series was organized on 10 July 2020 on the topic "Enforcement of Investment Arbitration Awards in India: One Step Forward, Two Steps Back". The panelists for this webinar included Kshama Loya (Leader, International Investment Treaty, Nishith Desai Associates), Dr. Rishab Gupta (Partner, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas), Michele Potestà (Counsel, Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler), and Jagdish J.
