This short, in-person, seminar will be hosted by an exemplary list of speakers who will talk about various aspect of ADR in construction including Arbitration, Conciliation and Adjudication.
Held in the late afternoon to minimise disruption to the working day, the seminar will start with hospitality on arrival and then a welcome from Paula M. Murphy.
This seminar will be of interest to all those involved in managing construction with the associated risks and potential for disputes. This is an ideal event for those such as Contractors, Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, anyone acting as a client representative and legal practitioners who may be advising or practicing construction law, to increase your knowledge on the current developments in the industry. The presentations will be followed by a Q&A and light refreshments.
