In his seminal article in 2005, Dr Michael Hwang SC coined the term "guerrilla tactics" in international arbitration, bringing international attention to it and starting a discourse which has continued to date.
Almost 20 years later, he will revisit the topic and deliver his current thoughts on the subject, followed by a discussion with a panel of experts to discuss inter alia:
- Observations on “guerrilla tactics” and the definition of the term
- Coping with and disciplining guerrillas
- Methods to prevent the deployment of guerrilla tactics.
