The topic of "good faith" is illusive, yet very important, in the Egyptian civil law jurisdiction. Join us in this unique webinar, which will be shot in the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration on May 19, 2021. The event tackles this topic with the viewpoints of the employer and contractor, while considering various construction scenarios. Cost(s): Attendance to this event is free of charge, but pre-registration is required.
