CIArbis holding a panel discussion focusing on the debate on Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) reform and what can be expected from the deliberations of UNCITRAL Working Group III. This event will bring together a broad spectrum of viewpoints on ISDS reform, with representatives from academia, investors, practitioners and policy makers. We will introduce CIArb’s stance on ISDS and hear from the representatives on their positions and what the future holds.
