Arbitration nowadays plays an important globalization role to resolve a wide variety of disputes. In 2021 we are working, living newest scenarios accomplished a crucial meaning for a fair determination of legal rights in the rule of law on an international and domestic level.
Persons who act as Arbitrators, Counsels, Lawyers and Institutions undertake serious responsibilities to the public, as well as to the parties. Those responsibilities as liabilities and rights include important ethical obligations. Unethical behaviour needs attendance as ethos "moral character" from the Greek describes a person or behaviour as right in the moral sense - truthful, fair, and honest.
We will develop on this Seminar the value on implement confidence – building process as providers which interact directly and play a decisive role bringing the resolution of the disputes to a successful conclusion.
